Jill is an experienced sport and leisure consultant with over fifteen years experience in the public, voluntary and private sectors. She started her career working in the field of sports development with particular emphasis on developing participation and coaching opportunities for disabled people through working with a number of national disability and sports specific national governing bodies.
As a Case Manager for Sport England's Lottery Unit she was initially responsible for assessing capital lottery applications. Later, as Senior Development Manager, she worked for the World Class Development Team with particular involvement in developing policies, the application and business processes compliant with the Lottery Policy. Following the launch of the World Class Programme Jill worked with a number of national governing bodies providing pre-application support for their World Class Potential and Start submissions.
Jill also has particular expertise in project management and this was demonstrated through her development, implementation and management of a large grant scheme for the National Deaf Children's Society following £2.5M award from the Millennium Commission.
As a Principal Consultant with PMP, Jill gained extensive experience managing large projects and developing the business in the company's north office, where she was responsible for business development and managing staff.
Jill is now a key member of the Prospects4Sport team, leading several areas of the company and delivering projects and training courses.
