Review of Sports Development in Cumbria

As part of a team led by V4 Services, Prospects4Sport has recently been appointed to carry out a review of assets for the delivery of Sports Development in Cumbria.

The review will include an analysis of the current provision and value of sports development activity in the context of the scope and content of the wider sport sectors across the County. It will include consultation with local authorities and Trusts, regional bodies and Active Cumbria as well as key voluntary groups. The outcome will be a report setting out a range of options for the future delivery of sports development in Cumbria. This will include exploring new ways of working, joined up service delivery and identification of potential cost savings.

V4 Services, who have significant experience in local Government transformatioin programmes and service options appraisals, will provide overall project management and will lead on the review of Cultural Development Services.
