Monitoring and Evaluation
Many of the projects that Prospects4Sport have delivered have involved monitoring and evaluation. Whatever the project or programme, M&E is essential to help clients plan more effectively for the future.
We help our clients ask and answer some important questions:
- What is the project for? What are our key aims and targets?
- What do we want to measure? And what do we not need to measure?
- How can we achieve a good balance between input, output and outcome targets?
- What are the best methods of evaluating if we have hit our targets?
We have experience in using a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques for evaluating short term and longer term projects, helping clients evidence the impact of their work to funding agencies and others.
