Our project management services range from:

  • planning and implementing national programmes,
  • to supporting regional and county agencies in implementing new funding programmes,
  • to helping clubs and community organisations plan and deliver new sports development programmes.

We are able to use formal project management techniques such as PRINCE2® , but above all we manage our projects through effective communication - keeping everyone involved as and when they need to be.

Recent projects include:

  • Volleyball England  - Managing regional workshop events to inform the strategic planning process for developemnt of volleyball in the regions
  • Loughborough University -Supporting the University in negotiating lease contracts with NGBs for the SportPark project
  • Sport England - Providing project management support to NW office grants assessment and management
  • Northamptonshire Sport - Feasibility study for establishing a Coach Agency for Northamptonshire
  • Volleyball England - Review of Whole Sport Plan to evaluate joint working and services to be provided by CSPs
