Managing Meetings

This course is not a generic training course for running meetings, rather it will give your officers all the necessary skills and understanding for running meetings in their environment, whether that be a small team meeting or a multi agency event for 50 people. Participants will learn how to approach meetings differently, watch behaviour in meetings and understand this is more than just personality, demonstrate a flexible approach to keeping meetings engaging and effective.
